In iOS 18, Notes is entitled to these 3 new features (it's not AI)

In iOS 18, the native Notes app canintelligently transcribe audio messages and callslive in well-structured text summaries, thanks to Apple Intelligence. Beyond this support which is reserved for the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, and the iPhone 16, it offers three big new features.

The first is that it cansolve formulas and equations instantly while typing, using Math Notes,while the other two concern text personalization. The Apple note-taking tool now benefits fromseveral very useful formatting options, in order to better organize them.

Colored notes

In iOS 18, you'll be able to change the color of your text to whatever you want, with five options: purple, pink, orange, green, and blue. To color text, simply select it, then press the Aa button, and choose the one you want.

As you can see in the photo,the texts are also highlighted, in order to provide better visibility. The functionality is basically used to highlight text, and it is true that sometimes certain colors can make reading more difficult, especially on a white background.

Foldable sections

For your notes that contain a lot of text,Apple offers new drop-down sections in iOS 18,which allowhide a piece of text and make it reappear with a simple press.
