You must therefore bring your Apple Watch to the wrist and make a minimum of physical activityUsing the Exercise application or any other compatible third -party application. Recall that the Apple Watch ring is configured over 30 minutes of default training, but you can change this duration.
If you complete the challenge imposed by Apple, you will get a visible reward in the Exercise applicationas well as a series of animated stickers usable in the messages application.
