Without this really being a surprise,
Apple is working on the next version of iOS.
Obviously, even if we wait to discover iOS 8 at WWDC in the month of
June, the release is not right away. However, iOS 7 did not say
its last word and it seems that the next version will be a simple
bugfix logically stamped 7.1.1.
This is what we learn from the 9to5Mac site, which is seeing more and more
machines equipped with this version visit its pages:
As shown in the graph below, machines running IOS
7.1.1 are becoming more and more numerous on the site. We can therefore deduce
as the time of release draws near.
Another proof of Apple's activity, the number of visits under iOS 8 is
also increasing. But there, believe me, there is nothing to expect before the 2nd
next June.
We took the opportunity to take a look at our own statistics
and we observe exactly the same trend. IOS 8 and later
proportions, iOS 7.1.1 are becoming more present every day.
