After showing its ambition to become an important player in the world of cinema by investing $1 billion per year in content production, the Apple firm unveiled its new series this week in a press release:Monarch: Legacy of Monsters(Legacy of the Monsters).
The series is categorized as "Drama" in the Apple TV+ press release and billed as a sequel to the filmGodzilla: King of the Monsters. It should consist of ten episodes. In the cast, we will find renowned actors, including father and son Kurt and Wyatt Russell, Anna Sawai and Kiersey Clemon.

The story takes place after the destruction of San Francisco caused by the thunderous battle between Godzilla and the Titans and, therefore, after the revelation to the world of the existence of the monsters. We will then follow two brothers and sisters following in their father's footsteps and seeking by all means to discover the link their family maintains with the secret organization Monarch.
Monster + Vision Pro = big thrill!
According to some rumors, the series was filmed with 3D cameras in order to offer amore immersive version and compatible with Apple Vision Pro. Let us remember, however, that the Apple firm encountersproduction problems with the latter.
Apple has not communicated an official release date for its new series and has contented itself with the mention “coming soon” (soon available) on its website. According to certain Internet users who have apparently heard from people close to the production teams, it could see the light of day onnext November 3. Others do not believe this date and claim that this project is in the post-production phase. It would therefore not yet be ready to see the light of day. Indeed, the screenwriters' strike is still very popular across the Atlantic. Apple TV+ is obviously not spared, with potential delays in the production of films and series. Especially since it often happens that a scenario changes even after the filming phase has already started.

We no longer know who to believe or where to turn. But if Apple has already started to reveal information about its new series and wanted to get us excited from today, it's because the wait shouldn't be very long. That's all we hope for.
