iPhone 5s and 5c: soon in-store repairs too

We had learnedin this articlethat there would be
more repairs and fewer exchanges for the iPhone in
Apple Store.

Apple is preparing to launch a repair program foriPhone 5candiPhone 5s
directly in Apple Store. So, soon, users will benefit from
the repair of their battery by changing a part (count between 30 and
60 minutes) without going through a standard iPhone exchange:

This process is also valid for other parts such as speakers,
the sleep or volume buttons, the vibrating motor or the camera sensors
rear, or the Home button (for the 5c). The screen can also be
replaced on site.

For the cost of these repairs, if the user has Apple Care +,
there will be no fees to pay. The situation remains the same if the terminal is
still under warranty. On the other hand, without Apple Care, a battery replacement
will cost $79 and a Home button replacement on the iPhone 5c $29.

For a screen, the bill will then rise to 149 dollars.

These prices are only given for terminals which no longer have
guarantee.
