A cheaper iPhone in 2013… What could it look like?

For some time now,the rumor of an iPhone
'cheap'keeps growing. Today it is the iLounge site which
claims to have from reliable sources that this iPhone, which is said to be in large
plastic part, should indeed see the light of day.

The site (which has been successful several times in recent years) goes even further
far and claims to know more or lesswhat this iPhone could do
look like :

For iLounge, the iPhone will be entirely plastic. It should neither be
a refresh of the 3Gs, nor a plastic iPhone 5, but rather a kind
crossing.

So this “cheap” iPhone would be a sort of hybrid between an iPhone 5,
an iPod touch and…a classic iPod. Equipped with a 4-inch screen, it should be
only slightly larger and thicker than the current iPhone 5.

Even if from the front, the difference with the iPhone 5 should be less, on the
sides we should find elongated volume buttons like on the
early versions of the iPod touch.

The case of this iPhone should be reminiscent of that of the classic iPod in the
shape. It should have a camera on the back. As for
the iPhone 5 the jack will be at the bottom next to the speaker hidden by
fewer holes, the microphone and the Lightning port also of the
part.
