The FBI could finally do without Apple's help to unlock the San Bernardino iPhone

In the case between the FBI and Apple
regarding the unlocking of the San Bernardino killer's iPhone 5c, there is
news which does not bode well for Apple and the data security of
iPhone users.

Indeed, while the legal battle between the two parties was to
start today, the government has made a request to cancel the
trial which was accepted by the Ministry of Justice. A third party
would have contacted the FBI to communicate to them amethod allowing
unlock the offending iPhone without help from Apple
.

Originally, the government agency the FBI wanted to force the
Cupertino company to create software allowing you to unlock the iPhone 5c
killer, but also other iPhones, which Apple had refused, leading to a
lawsuit opposing him to the government. Apple received support
from more than 50 high-tech companies
in this trial which was about to begin
Today.

If the government manages to unlock the iPhone without the company's support
from Cupertino,Apple will ask to know everything about the method
which was used (on the condition that the trial is maintained).

Nothing says that the FBI can achieve its ends, because it is not the first
time a third party, company, or individual claims to be able to
unlock the San Bernardino killer's iPhone 5c. John McAfee, the creator of a
known antivirus software, said last monththat he was
capable of this feat
.
