It's been months now sincerumors are rife aroundAirTags. Apple finally made their launch official during the Spring Loaded keynote this Tuesday evening. This small circular beacon allows you to track objects using the Find My (Locate) application from the Cupertino company available on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
To use this new tool, you'll also need to be running iOS 14.5 (available next week to the general public) running on an iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, or later. In shape, these new trackers resemble a small pebble on which is inscribed a logo of the apple brand.
A bit like what Tile already offers, you will be able to find items such as your keys or your wallet. If you lose a device that has your AirTag attached to it, a notification will be sent to you. A small sound can then be emitted to locate it more easily.
