Apple just announced new MacBook Pros for Halloween. According to these early analyses, the new generation of processor, which features 3nm engraving technology never before seen in a computer, would reachperformance similar to the M2 Ultra chip, the most powerful ever presented by Apple to date.
According to figures provided by Apple during this presentation evening, the entry-level version of the M3 chip has 8 GB of RAM. It offers a 35% higher level of performance than the M1 chip released in 2020.

But the arrival of a new generation of processor does not limit Apple to performance. The apple brand also offers chips that consume less energy. The Cupertino company thus announced during the presentation of theseM3that they broughtbetween 1 and 5 hours of additional battery lifecompared to M2 chips.
Based on information provided by Apple, it is estimated that the new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros with the M3 chip have a battery life of 15 hours for web browsing and 22 hours for offline video playback. . More interesting figures than the other generations, but which also do not create a considerable gap between two models.
The 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro M3 will be available on November 7 on the Apple online store at an entry price of €1,999. It is now possible to pre-order a model.
