Apple is preparing its return to the forefront for spring 2023. The apple brand is expected to present several products during its first keynote. Analysts notably predict the arrival of a new Mac Pro, also a Mac mini and several versions of the MacBook Pro.
In detail, the Mac Pro should have the right to an M2 Ultra processor, the most powerful ever presented by Apple. With such a configuration, the device would exceed the performance levels achieved by older generations with Intel processors, but alsothe Mac Studio, presented by Apple last year.
Mac Pro: the star of the start of the year for Apple
Once anticipated, the M2 Extreme chip (an assembly of two Ultra chips) should ultimately not see the light of day. In addition to this powerful computer, Apple could take advantage of the first keynote of the year to update another desktop computer model, the Mac mini.
In November 2020, during the very first presentation of M1 chips to the general public, Apple released an unexpected Mac mini M1 alongside the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. Inexpensive, the device has found a place in many homes as a powerful domestic solution. The Mac mini M1 was seen upon its release as one of Apple's best value for money.
More than two years after this move to the forefront, the small computer should make its return to Apple's “new products” category. It should be entitled to an M2 chip, thus increasing its performance levels by at least 20%.
La surprise MacBook Pro Ultra ?
When it comes to laptops, Apple is expected to offer two new versions of its MacBook Pro. With 14 and 16 inch screens, these large versions of the computer will be entitled to new chips, the M2 Pro and M2 Max. According to a tweet fromappleakation(below),Apple could even choose an M2 Ultra chipfor these laptops.

The Apple brand could close its keynote with the announcement of a new 15-inch MacBook Air M2. This larger version of the computer would satisfy some of the brand's customers, who have not yet jumped on the 13-inch version of the device following its presentation at the last WWDC.
