The Orange / Bouygues Telecom marriage is taking shape, SFR could buy Bouygues customers

The matter is becoming clearer. While the
discussions between Orange and Bouygues concerning the conditions of the repurchase of the
second by first were going wellat the beginning of
the year, that's whatStéphane Richard, the CEO of the operator
historic recently admitted that an agreement would be on the verge of being concluded.
As previously announced, this would involve10 billion
eurosthat Orange would have to pay to Bougyues:

The sharing of assets is still under discussion, with the French state holding
23% of Orange’s capitalwould like to remain a shareholder
main. The Bouygues group, for its part, would like to negotiate between10 et
15% you capital. This would make it Orange's second largest shareholder.

The other uncertainty to be resolved concerns the distribution of customers,
boutiques, Bouygues Telecom antennas and frequencies to others
operators. This is aboutthe sine qua non condition of
marriagebetween Bouygues Telecom and Orange, dictated by
the Competition Authority.

Thus, Free could recover antennas, frequencies and part
of the 300 Bouygues Telecom stores for2 billion euros.
SFR-Numericable would like to take a piece of the cake from fixed customers
and mobile and would be willing to pay4 billion euros for
that.

The negotiations are therefore on track, they should end
before Aprilto close the deal and thus make
expand the mobile landscape in Franceto 3 major operators,
which would be Orange-Bouygues Telecom, SFR-Numéricâble and Free.
