Microsoft and Apple in conflict over the payment of 30% from the App Store?

We learned
recently that Microsoft would encounter difficulties in validating its
SkyDrive application from Apple.

The reason why Apple refuses to validate this new version is
that when a user decides to purchase storage space
additionally, Microsoft does not pay the 30% owed to Apple. We could have
thinking that the problem would stop there, but it goes further...

Indeed, this could concern Office mobile since Microsoft seems
wanting to negotiate these famous 30% donated to Apple for all sales
carried out via its platform including within applications:

Thus, when an application is sold on the App Store 70% goes to the
developer and 30% to Apple.

As the next version of SkyDrive is ready,Microsoft se
encounters validation difficulties
. The reason is simple,
Microsoft does not respect the rules put in place by Apple.

Thus, by doing without 'in-app' purchases to offer to buy space
additional,Microsoft waives the 30% to be paid.Or,
Apple clearly specifies in its publication conditions that 'any
application using a system other than that of 'in app' purchases for
proposing additional services will be rejected.Microsoft does not
so no exception to the rule.

The two companies do not seem to have reached an agreement for the
moment.
With this, several other problems are added. By
example, developers who offer apps on the App Store using
the Skydrive SDK also seems to have difficulty updating
their apps.

But that's not all sinceMicrosoft, which is about to release
Office on iPad, would like to review this 70/30 rule.
On ne
don't really know what Microsoft wants to achieve, but for the moment Apple
stands firm with the argument that 'the rules are the rules' and
above all 'that they must be the same for everyone'.

We can imagine that the subject is of importance for both companies and in
particularly for Microsoft which must hope for substantial gains by carrying
its flagship software from the Office suite on the Apple platform, iPhone and
iPad …
