Nokia files a complaint against Apple, which responds!

In 2011, Nokia and Apple concluded a
market concerning the exploitation of certain patents belonging to Nokia, but
since then, the former mobile phone giant believes that Apple exploits several
other of his patents.

After the failure of negotiations with Apple to sign a new agreement
concerning the exploitation of its patents, Nokia has decided to postpone the
covered, with a complaint this time, brought against the firm at the
apple.

The Finnish company withdrew from the mobile phone market in
selling its smartphone division to Microsoft in 2014. Now, the only
source of income concerns the production of network equipment.

However, Nokia is trying out new markets, notably health
connected with theredemption of
Withings at the start of the year, which was integrated into the "Nokia
Technologies". This market is considered buoyant by the Finnish manufacturer,
who wishes to play a major role in the field.

As part of this new case, Nokia filed a complaint by filing
a request to a court in Germany and the United States for
violation of 32 patents by Apple.

For its part, Apple started the counterattack by filing a complaint against
several entities holding patents, entities which allegedly conspired with
Nokia to claim excessive patent royalties.

A new business that is reminiscent of the old onelawsuit between Samsung and Apple
for five years and also concerned patent issues.
