Apple definitely knows how to surprise. While the next meeting on stage is coming very soon (the official invitation should arrive shortly) during the developers conference, new products have just been revealed.
These are the new MacBook Pros, the high-end laptops from the Apple company.
These are both more powerful and equipped with a new evolution of the famous butterfly keyboard which has brought so many setbacks in recent years.
These laptops feature 8th and 9th generation Intel processors and for the first time they feature no less than 8 cores. Apple indicates that performance is increased, with a factor of 2 compared to 4 cores, and 40% additional performance compared to 6 cores.
But that's not all; Faced with the reliability problems of the ultra-thin keyboards in the range, a new generation of keyboards is announced, with a change of material which should eliminate (according to Appple, it will have to be validated), the problems of repetitive keys or on the contrary silent, when dust becomes blocked in the mechanism. We do not yet know if this new keyboard will also be integrated into MacBook Airs.
At the same time, Apple hasindicated to Jim Dalrymple, from “The Loop,” that any issues with the butterfly keyboard would be covered for free, and that Apple has improved the repair process to reduce downtime.
These models are already available on the Apple website. Allow €3,299 for the 15-inch model with 8-core processor at 2.3 GHz
