New iPhone rumors: reversible sync connection and “Bluetooth bridge” between Apple machines?

, it is a small element that causes a lot of ink to flow
electronic. This is the sync/recharge socket also called
prise "dock".

Indeed, while Apple has been relying on the same connector model for
many years, it seems that the race towards miniaturization and
perhaps other still unknown elements pushed the Apple firm to
andformat change.

This is important because it leads to obsolescence for the many
connected accessories such as music stations, various sensors and
varied (see the
runalyzer cardio sensor for example
), external batteries, etc.

While a connector going from 30 to19
or 16 pin
seemed to reach a consensus among "informed" people, this
would be more than 8 contacts which would be used, making it possible to reduce the
size drastically. But that's not all:

So, according to
the iLounge website here
,the socket which would be reduced to 8 pins for the
female part could be used with a (male) cable equipped with 8 + 8
pins
. We then find this figure of 16 already mentioned… And this
difference would be linked to a mechanism similar to Mac sockets (MagSafe) which would allow you to connect
the sync cable in one direction or the other. If it is the
If so, this would prove very practical. Can we even go so far as to imagine the
presence of a magnetic mechanism like MagSafe? This magnet which allows
not to make the Mac fly when you get tripped in the cable...
More difficult due to the weight of the iPhone but who knows?

Another rumor released by the same site, the arrival of a feature

imagined between an iPad and an iPhone…

So, baseless rumor or real news? We will know more
soon, but I admit that the "deep" Bluetooth connection between iDevice and even
Mac treat me well!
