No need to buy an iPhone X again if Face ID is broken

It is specified there thatFace ID sensors on iPhone X should now be repairable on their own(this is already the case for more recent iPhones). Previously, this maneuver was not supported in this way: instead, technicians directly replaced the phone with another, new model.

In theory, this should therefore be beneficial for customers, especially in terms of price and without having subscribed to an AppleCare+ offer (damage insurance) in advance. What's more, this is good news for the planet, guaranteeing less electronic waste on a large scale.
