So, while today they are not as customizable as on Android, users could soon choose whether or not to activate sounds based on more criteria. Profiles such as “conduct“, “work” or “sleep” are anticipated. To access it, it will be via the Control Center or the lock screen.
Communications
The proprietary Messages application will also soon be entitled to some changes. For example, it will be possible to set up automatic responses, but not only on the road. In fact, this option already exists but for motorists only.
But that's not all, since the platform will also become more “social” in order to better compete with Facebook alternatives (namely: Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp). These improvements, on the other hand, could be deployed a little later. It is nevertheless entirely possible that the first betas accessible between now and July will be entitled to it.
For iPads
On tablets, iPadOS 15 will see the arrivalwidgets that have had some success on iOS 14. This time however, these will for the first time be compatible with the lock screen in addition to the home screen.
