Trouble accessing iTunes and iCloud today

You may have encountered problems accessing iCloud
or simply to iTunes for downloading these apps
hours ?

So rest assured this is notneither a problem with your iPhone nor with
your affair.

Apple confirms there are ongoing issueshere on its dedicated page,
screenshot below taken a few minutes ago:

The symptoms are as follows:

• unable to connect to iCloud

• unable to access the App Store or other sections of iTunes, but
  also unable to finalize a download
