Apple against Samsung trial: the judge asks them to come to an agreement quickly, otherwise...

The trial ofApple vs. Samsunghas been going on for now
many days and both the attack and the defense were able to put forward arguments
normally conducive to the court's decision.

But judge Lucy Koh does not see it that way and warned that the
decision could be risky for both parties. A
way of putting pressure on the two companies before ordering them to
talk to each other again in order to find land
agreement.

Indicating that if the two actors wanted to show the world that they
had intellectual property rights, the "message was now
past", and declaring that it was "time to make peace", the judge told them
asked to speak to each other, which the two belligerents accepted, evoking at
minimum one telephone call which should therefore take place before the end of the
hearings, scheduled for the middle of next week.

We remember that, already at the request of the judge and in order to avoid the trial,
Apple and Samsung tried to reach an agreement by meeting in May,
without success.

When we see theamount of internal data
which were revealed as a result of the hearing, we can say that to accept
this, particularly for the very secretive Apple, the dispute between the two
companies is really strong. It is therefore unlikely that they will be able to
settle this in the next few hours via a simple call...
