The legal battle in Apple and
Samsung is raging, but sometimes it's good for us. Indeed,
in order to expand the files which must already be voluminous, both
manufacturers are obliged to make public documents which
should not have seen the light of day.
This is how the site the verge got its hands on images of prototypes
iPhone and iPad.
Discovery:
These prototypes, some of which date from 2004, offer a unique look
on the lines of thought of designer of the apple firm. While Apple
has always made great efforts to try to keep these types of documents
public view, but, due to legal proceedings, we can still benefit from it.
For the iPad we are only at the beginning of the reflection and we can even
see that the tablet still bears the iPod name. It is sometimes equipped with a

In the procedure, Samsung also provided a document aimed at demonstrating
that Apple copied Sony for the design of the iPhone. According to them it is this
document that Apple would have been inspired to review the design of the iPhone and it
give a more, compact, more rounded shape.
