Apple released the final version of macOS 12.3 last night. It is available to users with a compatible machine,able to take advantage of macOS Monterey.
What's new for macOS 12.3?
- Universal Control:this new feature announced in 2021 is finally operational and allows you to use the same keyboard-mouse pair on a MacBook and an iPad, or several Macs, but also to transfer files by simply dragging and dropping between machines. It is notably accessible viaSystem Preference > Monitors.

- AirPods: the headphones can be updated from the Mac, butstill not manually like for connection with iOS
- Emojis :new batch of 123 emoticons, of which a first batch has been seenTo be
- Spatial Audio :available on Mac with M1 chip and a compatible AirPods system. Spatial Audio settings are located in the Control Center
- Trousseau iCloud:new ability to add notes for each of your passwords. Another change is the ability to hide iOS security warnings displayed for passwords showing potential security vulnerabilities. Also, the Password Book can no longer save password entries without an associated username. Finally, the account switcher has been improved
- Siri :new American English voice option named Quinn. This one is gender neutral,as reported by Techcrunch, making Siri the first intelligent voice assistant with a gender-neutral voice. Incidentally, this addition brings the total of voices in American English to 5 for the Apple voice assistant
- Apple Podcasts :added filters to help you navigate through the episodes and podcasts you follow
- Shortcuts:actions for managing tags in the Reminders app
- Application TV :choice of what appears in the sectionTo be continued
- Photo and visual search:macOS visual search helps identify objects in photos and images. The function also provides additional information as appropriate (directions, Wikipedia links, etc.)
How to update your Mac?
