Siri is available for Spotify on Apple Watch

Last year,Spotifymade people happy by announcing support for Apple's voice assistant on iPhones. Since then, the functionality has been deployed almost everywhere: on the HomePod, on CarPlay, on the iPad and of course the AirPods. All wireless headphones compatible with Siri are also eligible, such as the Sony WF-1000XM3.

Just after revealinga version of its platform dedicated to children, the Swedish streaming service has therefore decided to update its app toWatchby making it also controllable by voice. But not everyone can benefit from it.

Which devices are compatible?

In fact, only Apple Watches equipped withwatchOS 6or later are in the game. The very first generation, which had to pair with an iPhone to take advantage of its GPS, is therefore unfortunately not affected by the novelty.
