On your Apple TV, go to “Settings”, then:
- Go to the “System” menu
- Click on “Software Updates”

How to update your HomePod or HomePod mini?
The software for HomePod and HomePod mini normally installs automatically, provided you have enabled this option in the speaker settings, in the Home app. However, you can force the update to install now, by following the steps given below:
- Go to the Home app
- Press the small house at the top left
- Choose “Home Settings”
- Press “Software Update”
