Spotify arrive sur l’Apple Watch, via l’app Snowy

On the Apple Watch,
Spotifyremains for absent subscribers. The streaming service
Nordic musical does not yet have a watchOS app allowing the
control current playback on iOS device. But it could soon
change with the current designSnowy, an app
initially developed as a third-party app and later became
official partner of Spotify, for collaborative work from the creator of
the app and the Swedish giant:

Snowy will then become the official Apple Watch app for Spotify.
It is currently in the beta testing phase with a limited audience, but
obviously promises a very interesting experience.

The design is similar to the iOS app. The author of the app,Andrew
Chang
had also initially met some
legal setbacks with Spotify, regarding the visuals precisely, but also with
the first name of the app,Spotty.

One of the major interests of the Snowy app promised by its author is a
offline mode, which means that the user will be able to
download Spotify playlists to the watch directlyet
thus listen to music via Bluetooth listening system connected to the Watch,
without having a phone nearby and without an internet connection.

Beyond that, Snowy will offer specific complications, as well as a
operation with Siri and gesture playback controls requiring no
no click on the watch screen… Just that!

In any case, this should delight registered watch owners.
at Spotify, especially since competition in the music services market
music streaming is still not very advanced in terms of
watchOS-specific features.

Deezer for example,
available here on the App Store
, offers an Apple Watch app, but which serves
only remote control for the iOS app, without possibility of transfer of
music on the watch.
