QuickSupport: 1st iPhone and iPad screen sharing app under iOS 11, by TeamViewer

The team of
TeamViewer has just offered a first version, for free testing, of a
new app allowing you to share the screen of your iOS device under the version
11 from the mobile operating system to a computer, via the internet. This will be
possible thanks to thenew
screen recording feature introduced in iOS 11
, who has
already left to imagine various applications. That of TeamViewer will mainly
of interest to customer support professionals, since it will then be possible
to have before eyes the screen of the iPhone or iPad of the person wishing to be
helped:

How it works is simple: the source iOS device must have
l’appQuickSupport, then the user can launch
Screen recording via the new Control Center. A code of
connection is then to be shared between the iOS device and the person wishing
receive the video stream.

Once the connection is established, on his computer, the specialist can see
everything that happens on the screen of the owner of the problematic iOS device.
Remote support is then simplified, without requiring
laborious sending of still screenshots.

TeamViewer is a company specializing in screen sharing and even
remote machines, its solutions are mainly aimed at professionals,
but for private use, some apps are free.

The iOS QuickSupport screen sharing app can in particular be tested
free of charge until October 31, 2017. It is currently not
unfortunately not yet available, it is possible toregister here
to receive a report as soon as it is released. It will obviously be necessary to install
