Fans of the genre know it,
the arrival of autumn has long rhymed with the arrival of
new versions of football games.
Like every year, the Appstore has not escaped this “tradition” and
two undisputed leaders have therefore released their brand new opus.
As for Beaujolais, yes I dare to compare, every year, everyone there
goes from "it's much better than last year" or "meh meh, they
haven't changed much this year" or even "well, it's clear I
prefers the other. Anyway, personally, I test both (FIFA
et
Free PES here on the App Store) every year in order to make my own
idea.
FIFA 2012 was released this weekand this is the opportunity to
discover in detail.
Many new things are comingand you will see
During this test the guys from EA didn't give a damn about us.
But let's start at the beginning. As soon as the application is launched
upon arrival in the game we understand that we are dealing with a game worthy of a
console version. The menu is neat and you can access everything by sliding the
red band: Career mode but also Quick game or training are
at the appointment. On the other hand, no cutting mode on the horizon…
As usual we find22 championships, 500 teams and more than
15,000 players ready to battle in any weather.Once your
chosen team, many parameters can be adjusted before the match:
from the composition to the choice of the ball and of course the style of
game you want to give to your team.
Finished the locker rooms and let's go to the field.
On the graphics side, it's clear, big progress has been made since then
last year, the players are drawn more finely. At
level you gameplay, we find the joystick, from which we can
reduce the size as well as the three buttons but these have been totally
reviewed. Ball controls and player movements are extremely
precise thanks to this new control system. The pleasure of playing is not
than tenfold. Something that I had never seen before, a left-handed option allows
to swap the place of the buttons and the joystick.
Player movements are fluid andthe game is riddled with
little tipsdepending on the position of the players on the field
that you will need to learn to master the game. These tips are displayed
at the top of the screen, a bit like notifications, unfortunately their
display blocks the game… Don’t panic, it’s possible to fix them
disable.
When you are on defense, the arrival of the “sprint tackle” button will allow
to make a player rush at the ball as long as you hold it. It is
formidable and really practical to avoid slipping every
two seconds and take a box…
The way of taking set pieces has also been completely
review and it's true that we are a little confused.
At any rate,if you had gotten used to the version
2011 forget them.
Several game modes are available including the career mode which appears
for our greatest happiness. Everything takes place in a stadium atmosphere with the
songs and everything, it's really like you're there.
To conclude, I would say that if you like football games,YOU
can buy it with your eyes closed, FIFA 2012 will give you many hours
of happiness. The game is really well done, enjoyable and enjoyable to play.
play. The PSP had better watch out because despite everything it only costs
4,99€which for a game of this quality is not expensive
paid.
We love:
- The soundscape
- The graphics
- Excellent playability and precision of movements
We like less:
- As usual with EA, the game is not universal and you will need
checkout twice to play on iPhone and iPad. - The absence of a cutting mode
