of consumers UFC-Que Choisir published a report on thecomplaints
recorded in 2017against telecommunications operators in

6,500 complaintscounted by UFC-Que Choisir. It is9
% less than last year, but it still corresponds to the
half of the totalall operators combined.
Bougyues Telecom seems to be taking a similar path, with a
increase of 11%between 2016 and 2017
Orange is doing much better, and despite an already high level of dissatisfaction
very low in 2016, the historic operator manages to reduce the
dissatisfaction of its customers to move on to9% in 2017, either
a total of 1,700 complaints recorded by UFC-Que Choisir.
In the neither good nor bad genre, there is Free, which maintains aname
same as 2016. Finally, note that the medal ofthe operator
concerned by the greatest number of disputes in 2017was awarded to
La Poste Mobile.
Concerning the type of criticism, the UFC-Que Choisir noted that it was
most often successive price increases, imposed options,
incomprehensible invoices, while the association's lawyers
also found "classics": faulty network, problems of
delivery and difficulties in the termination procedure.
