Apple has just broken its silence this week to announceholding a conference at the beginning of Mayabout iPads. It is quite rare to see Apple organize a conference on these dates, the Apple brand generally preferring to wait until June and the traditional WWDC to add announcements of new products.
But while this 2024 edition of the conference dedicated to developers has already been announced and is very busy, Apple has decided to get ahead of the game and update its iPads a word before presenting the new software for its different operating systems.
In addition to the iPads which should be the stars of the event, the conference on May 7 should be an ideal launch pad for the Apple Pencil 3. If many rumors have already mentioned it in recent months, Apple does not has yet made any official announcement about it. However, Tim Cook recently slipped some clues into his communication.
In a post on X, the big boss of the apple brand shared the outfit of the event with the description “Pencil us in for May 7! » It was enough to set the web ablaze and see the birth of numerous theories around a possible new generation Apple Pencil.

According to several rumors, the next Apple Pencil should have interchangeable tips to facilitate use, especially for drawing. The stylus should also be more intelligent, in particular it would be able tofeel pressure differencesexercised by the user.
