Apple is always investing more in its R&D

On the occasion of the announcement of
seslatest quarterly results, Apple revealed the amounts invested
in research and development in order to offer new products and
technological developments to its customers.

During the last quarter, the Cupertino company invested2,56
billions of dollars in R&D
, or $500 million more per
compared to the $2.03 billion spent last year at the same
period.

As the years go by,Apple is always investing more in
research & development
, because the Californian company must
find new sources of income, especially with declining sales
of iPhone which represents two thirds of its turnover.

Among the R&D projects, that of the “titan project” concerning a car
autonomous and electric which could be released in 2019, must consume a good
part of the R&D resources with the necessary infrastructure and a
large team of specialized engineers.

Tim Cook, Apple CEO, also confirmed investments in
field of augmented reality, the best known example of which at the moment is
the Pokémon GO game, and he believes that this area has very strong potential.
