Apple Watch: soon a virtual health coach to motivate you?

Code name Quartz. This is how the virtual health coach project based on artificial intelligence is called. In an article fromBloomberg, the always very well informed, Mark Gurman, returns to this initiative which would be based on the data collected on the user's Apple Watch.

Based on this information, the service could suggest that you do certain exercises, change your eating habits, or even give you some advice on how to sleep better. According to our colleagues, this project is similar to LumiHealth, a well-being and coaching app launched in 2020 by the Apple brand in partnership with the Singapore government.

Except that the latter financially rewards all those who use it to stay healthy, while Quartz would be sold in the form of a monthly subscription, like the Tech giant's other services.

Tracking the user's mood

Apple does not seem to be stopping there and still wants to plow the furrow of well-being. So,the Health applicationshould soon allow users to control and manage certain vision problems such as myopia.

Likewise, the app could include a mood tracking system. Users will answer questions about their days on a regular basis and it will be possible to compare results over time. Ultimately, the Apple brand even hopes that its devices such as the iPhone will be able to measure the user's mood by observing what they write.

While waiting to learn more on this subject, we should see new initiatives from Apple regarding well-being during the nextWWDCin June.
