Apple Watch X: a new concept as close as possible to reality?

In all likelihood, Apple will present its newApple Watch and with it its renewed design, compared to previous models. In the meantime, a German-speaking graphic designer invites us to discover what the appearance of the future device could look like. We then discover a format with sharper edges, it seems closer to what actually awaits us this fall thanthe previous concept that we put forward this year.

Of course, there is no need to remember that this range does not mean that Apple will actually unveil a similar product. But the design presented here actually recalls recent rumors about the possible Apple Watch X, which could abandon its rounded guidelines as the iPhone 12 did in the past.

An integrated camera?

The concept of this Apple Watcheight-megapixel front camera, cut out by the screen as already proposed in theDynamic IslandiPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro. However, it is unlikely that this innovation will see the light of day on smart smartwatches anytime soon, it seems.

The most curious will also have noticed that the concept proposes to integrateTouch ID just below theDigital Crown, also present on Apple Vision Pro and AirPods Max. This time, the idea makes rather sense, especially since the iPad Air already offers the fingerprint sensor installed under a button on the edge.

The Apple Watch X should be released soon

The next version of Apple's flagship connected watch could be presented in September, at the same time as the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro. Beyond its revisited appearance, few new features would be on the menu. Moreover, the future version of the operating system, namely watchOS 11, may also prove to be rather poor in major new features. The software should be unveiled during theWorldwide Developer Conference, which will be held in June in Cupertino and with a keynote broadcast online.
