After the power adapter, the iPhone cable sold separately?

Apple could sell a charging cable for the iPhone 15 Pro, separately from the device. This would then offer a power of no less than one hundred and twenty watts, or one hundred more than the dedicated adapter for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is not provided in the box either. The latter allows you to reach 50% charge in thirty minutes, which is faster than the Lightning accessory supplied with the device. For comparison, the 16-inch MacBook Pro comes with a one hundred and forty watt block. And it's the most powerful that can be found at Apple at the moment.

These rumors should of course be taken with a grain of salt, as Apple has not confirmed the information, as usual. However, our source of the day (on the social networkthe one announced for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus by another rumor

Possible release date

Apple has also not specified when the iPhone 15 Pro will be released, in fact even their name remains questionable. But the history of the Apple firm and recent leaks on this subject lead us to believe that the mobiles will be announced during a keynote on September 12. With pre-orders available from Friday the 15th.

To receive them at home or buy them in store, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro may however wait until Friday September 22. The price could be revised upwards, with a better processor under the hood of the most expensive models and the arrival of theDynamic Islandon the other two.

Some specific features of this new cable

Coming back to our cable of the day, it turns out that it would allow data transfer, where this would not be possible with the basic charging cable provided in the box. The length would, moreover, reach only eighty centimeters. It's quite short, really not practical, then.

The USB-C socket, Thunderbolt compatible, would here replace the Lightning that we have known for several generations of iPhone.
