TheConsumer Electronics Show(CES) in Las Vegas has, since 1967, become the largest global event presenting new technologies to the general public. Many brands have a stand there to unveil their most recent products to the press and visitors.Aukeyis one of them; the company was established in 2005 and reportedly has annual revenue of $7 million.
Among the models introduced this week, its range ofchargersstands out from the crowd thanks to innovative operation that minimizes the size of the components. This calls forgallium nitride(GaN), a broadband semiconductor, in its structure. The prices of these tools have not yet been communicated by their seller, but they are currently being discovered in Nevada.

If Aukey chargers aresmaller than Apple's, this in no way changes their power. In fact, it risesup to 100W, also with 61W and 65W versions. And for theMacBook Pro 16″, for example, the USB-C power adapter sticks to 96W. The set has a name:Omnia, but it is still not available on the manufacturer's website, neither in the form of a landing page* nor for pre-order. The launch is therefore planned for the second quarter of 2020: which gives time to look at what the competition is doing to judge the interest of such a purchase. What price would be fairest?
