Apple has been offering macOS 11.5 for download for a few hours now.
What's new for macOS 11.5?
There does not seem to be any notable new features with this new update, apart from bug fixes and other security improvements.
Nothing too complex, just go toSystem Preferences > Software Updatebefore clicking “Upgrade Now”.
Note that the next version 12 of macOS, Monterey, was presented a few weeks ago at WWDC (read the summary here). She isalready available in public beta. It should arrive in public beta in July and in final version in the fall.
