Since iOS 14 released in 2020, user photos arebetter protected. Apple has made them less easily accessible by third-party applications. In short, as soon as an application wants to access one of your photographs or images from your photo library, you must allow him. This choice is saved in the settings. Precisely, at this level, you can choose to restrict an application's access to your photo library completely or partially. You can of course also allow free and total access. It is up to us to act according toyour confidence in the application concerned. In any case, we show you here how to modify this setting.
How to set access permissions to the iPhone / iPad photo library?
- Access the appSettings
- Scroll down to find the app you're targeting, or in the fieldResearch, write the name of the application
- Press menuPhotos (if the menu is not present, this means the application has no access to your photos)
- Choose between options:None, Limited access, Full access
