AirPods Pro “Lite” with noise reduction next year?

Rumors about Apple's next releases are commonplace in recent days, and all of the Apple brand's analysts are coming up with their hypothesis. If many agree on the release of two new computers from Apple, probably an iMac Pro and a MacBook Pro equipped with Apple Silicon technology. This is the case of TheElec, a reference site, which talks about new AirPods Pro “Lite” with a reduction noise for the first half of next year.

According to TheElec's sources, the "Lite" version of these AirPods Pro could cost 20% less to purchase, while it also features noise reduction. Still according to this source, the project would have been carefully considered by Apple, which would have wanted to launch the “Lite” version shortly after the AirPods Pro in the fall of 2019. But faced with the commercial success of the latter, the Cupertino firm would have withdrawn .

AirPods the market benchmark

In the same way that the Apple Watch can be the reference in terms of connected watches, AirPods have become in the space of a few years, the essential wireless headphones, whose only fault seems to be the price. Despite this domination, Apple sees its lead shrink from quarter to quarter, particularly with the rise of Xiaomi, which today represents 13% of the wireless earphone market. It is based on this observation that Apple took the AirPods Pro “Lite” project out of its boxes. The firm hopes to attract new customers, with slightly more affordable products.
