The iPhone 5 and its Lightning port are
released now for several months however, the accessories
compatible do not jostle at the gate.
While Apple has explicitly made it known that they will not offer
Dock for the iPhone 5, the manufacturers therefore hastened to communicate on
future solutions.
Something promised, something due, since Belkin now offers an iPhone 5 dock
which will charge and maintain the iPhone 5:
If Belkin already offereda dock for
the iPhone 5 in which you had to pass the Lightning cable, this
times, no more cable, it will be enough toplug iPhone into port
integrated.
Unfortunately and as indicated by the iLounge site which was able to test the
support, this one isalmost unusable if the iPhone is slipped
in a shell_. In addition, with a relatively low weight,
the Belkin accessory will notnot maintain
the iPad.
Unlike its predecessor, this new Dock has lost theport
Jack which therefore becomes unusablesince it is now placed at
bottom of the iPhone.
Sold for $40, it seems unlikely that this solution will truly meet
as it seems to concern so few people. Indeed, to use it in such a way
optimal, you will have to forget the shell like the use of the socket
jack…
