A few hours ago, Apple released a new beta series (for developers registered in the beta test program) foriOS 14.7, iPadOS 14.7, watchOS 7.6 and tvOS 14.7. These are so-called RC betas for Release Candidate. This is generally the last test version before releasing a final version to the general public.
The launch of this new batch of test versions begins a little less than a week after therelease of the fifth beta. Here are the contributions that have been identified for this update in .7, or .6 for watchOS, in addition to the classic bug fixes and security improvements:
- Weather report: the app displays the air quality in France. The information is also available in the Plans app
- HomePod: setting several timers simultaneously, which can also be done directly from the Home app, without using Siri or even the speaker
- Wi-Fi:Fixed a bug that, depending on the SSID of a Wi-Fi network, could disable the Wi-Fi functionality of the iPhone or iPad.More details here

- Battery MagSafe: support for the new MagSafe external battery for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro
