iOS 17: these 5 new features will make it irresistible

Apple will soon unveil iOS 17, that's almost a certainty. The developer indeed offers a new version of its mobile operating system each year, during the Worldwide Developer Conference. For software intended for smartphones, confidentiality improvements will probably be on the program, as is often the case with Apple. But not only that. It is estimated that the design of several apps could be revisited, while the publisher would offer more choices to Internet users for downloading apps from unknown sources. 1 – Sideloading is coming to us

As for the App Store, today it is the only way to install third-party platforms on your iPhone or iPad – without jailbreaking it. But theEuropean Unioninsists that Apple offer an alternative, which would allow small studios in particular to avoid the 30% commission on in-app purchases.

In order to keep up with the legislation that is coming, Apple has therefore chosen to offer sideloading – that is the name of this practice – at least on the old continent. It is difficult to know if this change will be offered from the first version of iOS 17, however, because the regulations are not yet in force. However, this is already the case in Japan and the Netherlands, among others.

2 – Makeover of many apps

With iOS 17, Apple would also have planned to change the design of several native iPhone interfaces – which is also likely to happenon a larger scale on Apple Watch. TheControl centerwould be notably improved, but we do not yet know precisely how for the moment, just like the modeConcentrationand search viaSpotlight. With this, theApp library could offer more customization options, while the Apple Music streaming service would display lyrics on the locked screen.

3 – iOS 17 would allow you to share your wallpapers

A serious update is also expected on the lock screen side, which with iOS 16 and the iPhone 14 Pro with the functionalityAlways onhas already enjoyed great success. You can now add the widgets of your choice, but this is apparently not enough for Apple, which could also review the display of the different presets in the form of agrille 9 x 9. 4 – Journal

Among all the new features of iOS 17, the most important could be this one. Under the code nameJurassicAt the moment, Apple is reportedly developing an app to replace your personal diary, but with much more advanced features. 5 – Evolution ofDynamic Island

Finally, it is theDynamic Islandwhich could be improved, supporting more apps and shortcuts, perhaps including the proprietary voice assistant Siri. Available only on the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max today, this interface should be reissued on the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max. In a few years, all models in Apple's premium mobile range could be eligible.
