But as usual, there are points on which the Californian firm remains discreet regarding its new products. And for the iPhone, it's usually about battery life.
Precisely, by looking at the technical sheets of the different new models, we were able to identify whether the autonomy is going better or, conversely, worse since last year. Here is what we noted:

Obviously, the iPhone 12 mini is the worst of the four new iPhones. But that's normal, the autonomy is relative to the size of the device, because a bigger case means a bigger battery. All the same, the mini model does much better than the iPhone SE of 2020, but worse than the iPhone 11, logically.
The iPhone 12 does as well as the iPhone 11. The new model even offers an hour more battery life in video streaming. Conversely, the iPhone 12 Pro loses one hour of battery life compared to the iPhone 11 Pro, however, in video playback only.
Finally, the iPhone 12 Pro Max has the same battery life as the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
In conclusion, for the iPhone 12, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, there is unfortunately no improvement to note compared to the previous models, even if the latter are already very good in this area.
