According to the man, the Pro and Pro Max models would come equipped with a new photo feature that should please experienced photographers:autofocus for the ultra-wide-angle sensor.
Autofocus, what for?
Up to the 12 Pro model, the ultra-wide-angle sensor of the iPhone benefits from fixed focus. This means that the camera is not able to focus on a specific object seen in the lens.
With autofocus, or autofocus, the user can choose which object in the image to focus on. This allows you to completely change the perspective of the image, since the central subject is modified.

Ming-Chi Kuo claims that the iPhone 13 Pro and its big brother Pro Max would benefit, in addition to this autofocus for the ultra-wide-angle sensor, from a general improvement in the quality of ultra-wide-angle images, under -stretched in particular by anew design of the component in question, composed of 6 modules instead of 5, and by aimproved aperture of f/1.8(much better than the iPhone 12 Pro's ultra-wide-angle sensor aperture, f/2.4).
The Apple specialist ends up specifying that if these improvements in ultra-wide-angle photography will be exclusive to Pro models this year, they should be extended to non-Pro models on the next generation in 2022.
