Several images related to the future iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro have been revealed on the internet. We discover in particular the new “bouton Capture” supposed, a different design for thetriple rear photo sensoras well asfour colorspotential for the most expensive models. The Capture button seems confirmed, once again
On Twitter, it was user Sonny Dickson who first shared images of a potential transparent protective case foriPhone 16 Pro. We recognize an additional button installed on the edge. This would be the “Capture” button, already seen in the specialized press. Close tobouton Actionalready present on the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max, this new shortcut, as its name suggests, would simply be used to open the camera app with a single click. As a reminder, an icon already allows this on the locked screen of premium iPhones.
This new “Capture” button could also be installed on the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which should benefit from a 5x optical zoom like the iPhone 16 Pro. Both models would havealso larger screens than their predecessors, but that's yet another subject.

Apple would have changed the rear camera layout
Another new feature, on the format side: for the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, this time, the arrangement of the lenses installed on the back would change significantly. This easily recalls the choice made with the iPhone 11 or with the iPhone 12, in other words the lenses arealignedand not arranged in a staggered pattern like with the iPhone 13 or the iPhone 14. Nothing really decisive as a purchasing criterion, you might say. But perhaps something to differentiate itself from other editions, out of concern for the need for esteem, which Apple perhaps does not hesitate to aim for on the sales side. Alternatively, the new layout may be the result of a change in the arrangement of components under the hood. In this case, iFixit's teardowns may help verify this.
In the photos, available below, you will also notice that the Capture button also seems to be installed on the edge of the iPhone 16. However, in our opinion, this clue should be considered with caution: numerous other rumors indeed suggest that the new interface will be reserved for iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Just one new color for the iPhone 16 Pro?
Finally, we also saw the list of four colors that would have been selected for the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max. These are:
- “space black”
- “blanc”
- “gris”
- “rose” (which would replace “blue titanium”)
These nomenclatures could be different when they are announced by Apple, in particular because we have translated them from English. Please note, moreover, that only one shade seems new here: pink. Indeed, we are already entitled to iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max in “black titanium”, “white titanium” and “natural titanium”. This last color undoubtedly corresponds to the “gray” in the list cited above.
The chassis of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max should still be made of titanium, whereiPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plusare expected in aluminum, like their predecessors as well. The four mobile phones could be announced at the same time, but some software improvements, particularly on the artificial intelligence side, would be reserved for the iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max thanks to a new, more efficient processor.
