The Apple Samsung trial in the US will not be replayed

While Samsung and
Apple has been fighting in court for more than two years before several
jurisdictions in the world, we rememberof the trial
won by Apple in the United Statesaccompanied by a fine of 1 billion
dollars to be paid by Samsung.

The latest judgment in this case, the judge announced yesterday that
Samsung did not intentionally infringe the patents
d’Applecutting short an increase in the fine, but specifying
also that nothing justified the holding of a new trial contrary to
what Samsung asked for.

For the judge, Apple failed to gather enough evidence to
demonstrate that Samsung intentionally infringed its patents. If this had not
not been the case, it is very likely that the already astronomical sum of1 billion

For its part, Samsung has put forward an argument during these latest hearings
