This listing from Apple supplier Sunwoda Electronic is for a battery with an Apple model ID A2527 rated at 8,693 mAh/11.45V. That's exactly the same figure as the battery in the current 16-inch MacBook Pro, which is rated at 8,790 mAh/11.36V.
Assuming that this data is accurate, this provides us with new information on the next 16-inch MacBook Pro which would have a slightly lower battery capacity than the existing model. However, and as our colleagues point out, autonomy could be greater thanks to the transition from Intel processors to M1 chips.
In the process, potential information about the MacBook Pro 14 was also leaked from the same supplier. It could offer a slightly larger battery than the 13-inch MacBook Pro thanks to its new chassis.
