Three updates for headphones from Beats and Apple

As is often the case, Apple has just released several new versions of its software for wireless headphones. First of all, it is the AirPods Pro (second generation) which are affected and which go from the version numbered 5A377 to the5B58. At the same time, Apple also chose to update two other pairs designed by Beats, which the firm bought in 2014. These are on the one handdes Studio Budsand on the other hand Powerbeats Pro. This time, the first ones move on to the version10M2155, while the others move to the numbered version5B55.

How to update AirPods Pro?

To update Apple's wireless headphones, there is currently no manual procedure. The installation actually takes place in the background. For it to triggerautomatically, some prerequisites:

1. check that AirPods Pro are connected to a Mac, iPhone, or iPad via Bluetooth
2. check that the associated device is connected to the internet
3. check that both AirPods Pro are securely seated in their closed wireless charging case
4. check that the case is charging

1. open the Settings app
2. touch Bluetooth
3. tap AirPods
4. tap the information button “i” surrounded in a blue circle
5. scroll down toAboutto find out the AirPods operating system version

On the Beats side,idem: the update is launched alone and discreetly; it is not possible to start it yourself. To ensure the installation will go through soon, make sure you've paired the headphones to an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad and that the paired device is connected to the web.
