The Cupertino company presented the next animated film which will soon be included in the Apple TV+ catalog, Wolfwalkers, by releasing a new trailer.
It is a feature-length cartoon film, telling the story of Robyn Goodfellowe, an apprentice hunter who meets Mebh, a little girl belonging to a tribe whose members are capable of changing into wolves. Robyn will help Mebh find traces of her missing mother. But this adventure will lead him to discover many secrets.
In the dubbing cast, we find well-known actors like Sean Bean, seen in particular in Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings, but also Maria Doyle Kennedy seen in the series Orphan Black and the films Tara Road and The Conjuring 2. The score musical is not to be outdone, with the French Bruno Coulais at the helm, accompanied by the Irish group Kíla and the Norwegian singer Aurora.
The film will not be an Apple TV+ exclusive as such. Funded by Cartoon Saloon, it will have a cinema release in the UK, Ireland and the US by November. Wolfwalkers will finally be available on Apple TV+ from December 11. But when it comes to online streaming, Wolfwalkers should only be available on Apple TV+.
