Other exercises this time intended for our seniors allow you to work on your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and mobility. The episodes last ten minutes each, and are obviously compatible with theApple Watch.

Apple Fitness will cost9.99 euros per monthduring its launch in France. The app is also offered across the Atlantic in an Apple One package at $29.95 per month, ultimately saving around twenty-five euros because it also integrates Apple's other services.
