Apple and Samsung found guilty in Korea: iPhone 4, iPad 2, Galaxy S, SII, Nexus, Tab and Tab 10.1 banned from sale!

Whilethe lawsuit between Apple and Samsung
UNITED STATES
is currently in jury deliberations, it is
South Koreathat the two enemy brothers were opposed following
to a complaint from Samsung.

The verdict came last night:the two belligerents are
found guilty
. Apple and Samsung fined
anecdotal financial results, but above all to stop the sales of certain
their products in the country! Maybe a taste of what awaits them
in the US? The judge having warnedthat the judgment could be
negative for both parties
.

According to the Korean judges, there was nono risk of confusion
for consumers between Apple smartphones and those of
Samsung
(this is one of Apple's points in the US too) and Samsung does not
does not violate the patent rights of the iOS interface except in one case, the
"rubber-banding" at the end of the list when scrolling pages
on screen.

For its part, Apple is found guilty of infringing two Samsung patents on
wireless communication.

In the end, Apple will have to pay damages of approximately $35,500 and
Samsung will have to pay him $22,000, but the biggest problem comes from
