We learned yesterdaythat the next generation of AirPods could offer several improvements and that the AirPower charger would not be identical to the model unveiled by Apple during the iPhone X keynote.
These two new Apple products, as well as two new tablets, are rumored to be unveiled during the first quarter of 2019. A new report now bringsa date of the next keynote and release dates for these products.
According to the Greek tech site iphonehellas and more precisely their source close to the production lines in China,pre-orders for AirPods 2, AirPower and new iPadsshould startFriday March 22.
This same source affirms that these new products will beavailable one week laterin store, Friday March 29.
There is also mention of a new keynote which should take place a little before, an event which would be planned between March 11 and 22, i.e. in 1 month.
This new rumor from Greece is howeverdisputed, by another known sourceon Twitter, which is leaning towards a release of AirPods 2 next fall.
This isn't the first time Apple has planned a special event in March. This was particularly the case last year. The Cupertino company then unveiled a new iPad with Apple Pencil support for the world of education.
Except that this year, Apple should according to the latest rumors unveil two tablets in the spring, an iPad mini 5 and the successor to the iPad 2018.
