Great news for those following this awesome Apple TV+ series

Since its launch in 2023,Silo, the Apple TV+ series ended up getting everyone to agree. And if we can fear that certain productions will stop midway without a satisfactory conclusion, this will not be the case thanks to this decision taken by the Cupertino company.

An ending worthy of the name

The streaming platform confirms that this gem will be entitled to two additional seasons, or four in total. Enough to finish the plot of the three novels by Hugh Howey. The news is enough to make showrunner and executive producer, Graham Yost, smile:

It has been an incredibly rewarding experience adapting Hugh's epic novels with our partners at Apple, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring this complete story to the screen over the course of four seasons. With the final two chapters of Silo, we look forward to giving fans of the series an incredibly satisfying conclusion to the many mysteries and unanswered questions contained within the walls of these silos.

Same story with Rebecca Ferguson, who plays the main role in the series:“I've always been passionate about telling the complete story contained in Hugh Howey's books, so I couldn't be happier that audiences around the world have enthusiastically embraced the series. Alongside our partners at Apple, Graham and the entire cast and crew, I look forward to diving into these thought-provoking final two seasons that will beautifully conclude this dystopian tale.” »

Silo, Christmas star on Apple TV+?

In the meantime, the broadcast of season 2 is in full swing and continues until January 17. There is no doubt that some subscribers to the streaming service will also take advantage of the end-of-year holidays to make up for lost time and enjoy this little gem. They will be able to do so especially since the programming of Christmas films is not of a very high level this year on Apple TV+, as we told you about.in a previous article.
